Returns and Refunds

Customer shall call us to enquire and confirm the availability of a product. In case where the product is out of stock at the time after the customer made payment, Cubbees will decide the best way to refund to you.

If there's a fault with the product...

  • If you bring it back to us within 7 days with your proof of purchase, we'll give you a replacement or the same amount of refund voucher. Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing and quality card. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.
  • If you don't have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase, we'll exchange the item or give you a refund with vouchers.
